Celeste KaseburgProgram Manager, Arizona Magic of Music & Dance Celeste has been dedicated to advocacy for individuals with special needs of all ages for 17 years. She began working in this field in Minnesota for Elm Homes. Since she moved to Arizona in 1993, she has continued her efforts with families of children with special needs by providing habilitation training and respite service through Creative Networks and On Angel’s Wings. She also works for The Foundation for Blind Children in Phoenix, Arizona in a preschool setting, working with children ages 3-5 who are multiply handicapped. Celeste was voted “Employee of the Year” in 2003. She is very passionate in her work with children and is committed to providing the best experiences she can to each child. Celeste has a creative ability to provide programming that meets each child’s needs. She recognizes each person, not as disabled, but as someone who learns differently. |

Pauline SandellVice President—International Training Pauline currently resides in England and is a uniquely qualified trainer and program director. Her experience includes developing and deploying the diversity program for the British Broadcasting Corporation in England. Additionally, she has distinguished herself and a trainer and coach in the United States. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the East London University in London, England and a Master of Science degree in Social Research from the Surrey University in Guildford, England. |
