ZETA21 was founded in 2001. It is comprised of ZETA21 International Inc., and our 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization; ZETA21 International Learning Foundation.
Our mission is to assist individuals who traditionally have limited access to leadership development opportunities - or individuals who may question their ability to lead because they are from traditionally under-represented groups (women, minorities, physically challenged)
The ZETA21 International Curriculum includes:
- Strengthening Communication and Presentation Skills
- Corporate Mentor and Protégé Training Program
- Customized Professional and Personal Coaching
- Sponsored community and international leadership initiatives and events
ZETA21 proactively seeks opportunities to build alliances with organizations and agencies to create leadership development opportunities where none currently exist.
